Veterans Substance Abuse Prevention

Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, in line 2, by inserting after "services" the following: "provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the Weymouth Veterans Services Department for substance abuse and recovery for veterans”.
