Tyngsborough Water District

Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXX...

The proposed Tyngsborough Water District well to be built on Lots 19 50 0 and 19 35 0 on River Road in the Town of Tyngsborough shall be exempt from the regulations of 310 CMR 36.00 and Chapter 21G of the Massachusetts General Laws.
