Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 25, by inserting after “environments” the following: “and provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for Downtown New Bedford, Inc. to support small business recovery efforts and tourism in New Bedford.”
