Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 2310-0200, in line 8 after the word “Act” the following: “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the New England Wildlife Center in Weymouth for costs associated with the care, treatment and maintenance of wildlife”.
