Leadership Opportunities For Street-Involved Youth

Ms. Elugardo of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1507, in line number 4 after the words "questioning youth", adding the following:

"Provided further, $100,000 be expended to the Tobin Community Center for summer and fall events to reduce violence and to build unity and civic leadership among street-involved youth in partnership with Metro Boston and other public housing-based youth programs."
