Consistency in parking regulations in SBW

Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX.  Notwithstanding section 12A of chapter 746 of the acts of 1981, the Massachusetts Port Authority shall not impose and collect fines for violations of its parking regulations in excess of the limits set by section 20A of chapter 90 of the general laws, except by regulation.
