Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend section 2, in item 7061-9805, by inserting after the words “commonwealth’s public” the following:- “or independent”

And further amend said item by inserting after the words “at a public” the following:- “or independent”

And further amend said item by inserting after the words "January 1, 2020" the following:- "or independent"

And further moves to amend section 6 (1) by inserting after the words “in a public” the following:- “or independent”
