Amendment #146 to H4700

Marine Trades Association

Mr. Straus of Mattapoisett moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7027-0019, in line 22, by inserting after the word "programs" the following:-

"; provided further, that $150,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Marine Trades Association to increase workforce development training opportunities and technical education in secondary and post-secondary schools for careers in the marine trades";

and in said item by striking out the figures "$8,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$8,150,000".
