Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-0101, in line 28, by inserting after “wind” the following: “and provided further not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Charles River Watershed Association to engage with Allston-Brighton residents in understanding and reviewing the climate resilience implications of planned development in the Allston-Brighton neighborhoods”.
