Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill in item 7008-1116, by inserting at the end thereof :-

“provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the Matt Brown Foundation, Inc. in Norwood for to support individuals and families living with or recovering from illness or injury, with a particular emphasis on those living with or recovering from spinal cord injuries”
