Improving Equitable Access to Health Care

Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1005, in line 30, after "programming" by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the purpose of improving reproductive health care access, infrastructure, and security, including grants to the Jane Fund of Central Massachusetts, the Abortion Rights Fund of Western Massachusetts, and the Eastern Massachusetts Abortion Fund; and in said item by striking out the figures "$18,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$18,500,000".
