Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2310-0100, in line 9 after the word "further" the following: "Provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the New England Wildlife Center in Weymouth for the costs associated with the care, treatment and maintenance of wildlife.
