Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1507, in line 4 by inserting after "Youth" the following: "provided further, that no less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for City Year Boston": and in said item by striking out the figures "$2,550,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,550,000"
