Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 4510-0710, in line 30, by inserting after “Laws”  the following: “provided that not less than $250,000 be expended to Black Boston Covid Coaliton”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$13,847,011” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$14,097,011"
