Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend in section 2, in item 2800-0700, by adding the following - "provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for Drug story theater, a drug and substance diversion program delivered to adolescent youth in online, in-person, an bi-lingual formats across the Commonwealth.
