Amendment #207 to H4700

Women’s Rights History Trail Funding Extension

Representatives Kane of Shrewsbury, Fiola of Fall River and Gregoire of Marlborough move to amend the bill by adding the following sections:-

SECTION X.  Item 7008-1116 of section 2 of chapter 41 of the acts of 2019 is hereby amended by striking out the figure “2022”, inserted by section 29 of chapter 201 of the acts of 2020 and amended by section 75 of chapter 24 of the acts of 2021, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 2023.

SECTION XX.  Said item 7008-1116 of said section 2 of said chapter 41, is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “2022”, inserted by section 30 of said chapter 201 and amended by section 76 of chapter 24 of the acts of 2021, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 2023.
