Amendment #209 to H4700

Talking information center

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend in item 4110-1000 by adding at the end thereof the following wording; "provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for the Talking Information Center, Incorporated to provide human- voiced broadcasts and an economic, safety and well-being lifeline in support of reading services for visually-impaired and otherwise disabled listeners across Massachusetts".
