Amendment #211 to H4700

Free full day kindergarten

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0033, by adding the following at  the end thereof: "provided further that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for the purpose of funding a statewide free full day kindergarten grant program to minimize the economic impact and disparity in those districts across the Commonwealth that were not participants in the FY2000-FY2016  Kindergarten Development Grant Program”.
