Wave attenuation coastal resilience pilot program

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-0100 by adding the following: "; provided further that no less than $ 1,000,000 will be expended by the executive office of energy and environmental affairs to conduct a pilot study to implement wave attenuation devices along the Atlantic Coast of Southeastern Massachusetts" .
