North River scenic protective order

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend section 2, item 2810-0122 by adding the following at the end thereof - "; provided further that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for the North River Commission, pursuant to the Massachusetts Legislature's Scenic Protective Order of 1978".
