Special education training and programs

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4110-1000, by adding at the end thereof the following: "; provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended for the Community of Resources for Special Education to provide programming, training and resources that will benefit youth ages 3 to 22 with special needs, their families and educators throughout South Shore Massachusetts".
