Workforce development for young women who are without mothers

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0012, by adding the following: "; provided that not less than $20,000 shall be given to empowerHER for providing youth mentoring programs for girls facing the loss of their mothers”.
