South river restoration project

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-1014, by adding at the end thereof the following - "; provided further that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to remove a dam as part of the South River Restoration project in the Town of Duxbury".
