Dam removal veteran's park Town of Marshfield

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0700, by adding at the end thereof the following: "; provided  than not less than $850,000 shall be expended to remove the dam as part of the Veteran's Memorial Lagoon and South River Improvement Project in the Town of Marshfield".
