Hull Seawall Repair Assessment

Ms. Meschino of Hull moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 32, by inserting after "each park" the following:

“; provided further, that $225,000 shall be expended for the department of conservation and recreation to conduct a condition assessment on the existing Point Allerton, also known as Seawall Boulevard, seawall and revetment in the town of Hull, including the long-term impacts of sea level rise, storm surge, and extreme weather, and to develop both a short-term stabilization plan and a long-term remediation plan for the repair and upgrade of the failed revetment that includes a full condition survey and report, engineering and construction cost estimates, permitting, and timelines, to be completed by December 31, 2022”; and in said item by striking out the figures “78,721,707” and inserting in place thereof the figures “78,946,707”.
