Neighborhood of Affordable Housing (NOAH) and Benfield Farms

Ms. Gouveia of Acton Moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7002-0010, by inserting after "service agreements" the following: “provided further, that $625,000 shall be appropriated to the Neighborhood of Affordable Housing (NOAH) for the replacement of a failed septic field at Benfield Farms, a low-income, senior housing development located next to Spencer Brook, a drinking water source in the town of Carlisle".
