Amendment #314 to H4700

Leo J. Martin Memorial Golf Course

Representatives Peisch of Wellesley, Balser of Newton, Lawn of Watertown and Khan of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2820-0122, by adding the following:- “; and provided further, that not less than $12,000,000 shall be expended for water infrastructure improvements and related costs for the Leo J. Martin Memorial Golf Course in the Town of Weston”; and in said item, by striking out the figures “100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “12,100,000”.
