Mr. Donato of Medford Moves to amend the bill in Section 2D by inserting after item 0000-0000 the following item:

"XXXX-XXXX [Appropriating that $450,000 of the $850,000 provided to the Massachusetts Commission for The Blind shall be earmarked for the Carroll Center for The Blind]";
