Franklin County Children's Advocacy Center Mental Health Services

Ms. Blais of Sunderland moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5042-5000, by inserting after "fiscal year 2024" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Franklin County Children's Advocacy Center to provide mental health services."
