Mr Turco of Winthrop Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116 by adding the following:

provided, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended for Community Action for Safe Alternatives, CASA, in the town of Winthrop;
