Public Safety in Winthrop

Mr Turco of Winthrop Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following:

provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for a child safety program in the city known as the town of Winthrop;
