Amendment #424 to H4700

Saugus Fire Department ATV

Representatives Giannino of Revere and Wong of Saugus move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 8324-0050, by adding at the end the following:

“provided further, that $60,000 shall be expended to the Town of Saugus’ Fire Department for the purposes of procuring a street legal all-terrain vehicle.”

; and further, in the same section and same line item, by striking the number “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following new number:- “$160,000.”
