Amendment #431 to H4700

Mr. Linsky of Natick moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7010-0012 by adding the following: “Line- Item 7010-0012 of said section 2 of Chapter 227 of the Acts of 2020 is hereby amended by adding the following words:- ; and provided further, that funds appropriated in this item in fiscal year 2023 shall not revert but shall be available until December 31st of the following year”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$28,500,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$30,000,000.”
