Amendment #44 to H4700

NARA Park Beach

Mr. Sena of Acton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0100, in line 6, by inserting after the word “department” the following “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the town of Acton to clean and restore sand on the north side of the beach area and upgrade the beach volleyball recreation space including installation of two volleyball nets at the Nathaniel Allen Recreation Area, also known as NARA Park” and in said item by striking out the figures “$5,461,847” and inserting in place thereof the figures “5,511,847”.
