Tuition Freeze for University of Massachusetts

Mr Turco of Winthrop Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill by adding Section 2, in line item 7100-0200, by adding at the end:

;provided that, tuition and fee rates shall be frozen at the same level as set for each campus in the University of Massachusetts system for the school year 2021-2022.
