Amendment #473 to H4700

First Time Homebuyers Program

Mr. McGonagle of Everett moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7004-0107, by inserting after the word “programs” the following:

“provided further that not less than $250,000 be expended for the creation and implementation of a First Time Homebuyers Program for Everett residents in the City of Everett” and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000 and inserting in place thereof the figures “$350,000”.
