Substance Abuse Counselors in Everett

Mr. McGonagle of Everett moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4512-0205, by inserting after the word “services” the following:

"provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to expand substance abuse counselors in the Everett Health Department and Everett Police Department in the City of Everett” and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$350,000”.
