Revere Beach Reservation

Mr Turco of Winthrop Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XXXX.  Notwithstanding any general of special law to the contrary, the department of conservation and recreation is authorized and directed to transfer not less than 50 percent of the net revenues collected from the Revere Beach Reservation from parking stations for the period of January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021 into  the trust fund, for the benefit of said reservation, set up pursuant to section 34 of chapter 93 of the General Laws.
