Disability Accessibility to Municipally Owned Buildings in West Springfield

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for disability accessibility to municipally owned buildings in West Springfield”.
