Ms. Sullivan of Abington moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding after the word "projects" the following:- “provided further, that not less than $247,000 shall be expended for department of public works trucks needed to address park, highway, and plowing needs in the town of Whitman”.
