Mr. Lewis of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 4510-0110 by adding the following: “provided further, that $35,000 shall be expended for Gratis Healthcare Inc." and by striking the figures "$3,010,599" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,045,599"
