Ms. Peake of Provincetown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by inserting at the end the following: “provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to Cape Cod Healthcare for the development, construction and equipment of an urgent care facility in the town of Orleans”, and in said item by striking out the figures “$123,444,597” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$124,444,597”
