Mr. Williams of Springfield Mr. Williams moves to amend the bill (House, No. 4700) in line-item 3000-1000 of section 2  by adding at the end thereof the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Springfield Day Nursery Corporation in the city of Springfield to support at-risk children, address learning gaps and prepare students for school achievement.”
