Mental Health Services for Immigrants and Refugees

Ms. Khan of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5046-0000, by inserting after “streets in Boston”, in line 28, the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the International Institute of New England for culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health services for immigrants and refugees who have experienced torture and trauma” ; and in said item by striking out the figures "$514,301,841 " and inserting in place thereof the figures "$514,551,841.”
