Andover Vietnam War Memorial

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-1616, by adding the following:

“provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the Town of Andover for the purpose of purchasing and installing memorial placards for Andover residents who were killed in action during the Vietnam War.”
