Creating a Reserve for School heating-fuel inflation relief

Mr. McKenna of Webster moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 3000-7070 the following item:

"XXXX-XXXX, for grants to schools to provide relief for the unanticipated inflation of heating-fuel costs..... $10,000,000."
