Cottage Food

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 4518-0200 the following item:

xxxx-xxxx  For the operation of cottage food businesses; provided that $125,000 shall be made available for grants to individuals to start or expand current cottage food operations in the Commonwealth, provided that such grants shall not exceed $2,500 per individual; and provided further that $125,000 shall be made available for grants to municipalities to assist in the inspection of cottage food operations, provided that such grants shall not exceed $10,000 to any individual municipality …………………….. $250,000
