Amendment #682 to H4700

Groundwork Lawrence - Food Security

Representatives Devers of Lawrence and Minicucci of North Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0107, in line 2, by inserting after “food” the second time it appears, the following: "; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Groundwork Lawrence for the purpose of developing a regional food security strategic action plan that will strengthen the organization's multi-sector approach to the challenge of food insecurity, specifically in the communities of Lawrence, Methuen, Haverhill, Andover, and North Andover"; and in said item 2511-0107, by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “$150,000”.
