Cannabis Control Commission’s Public Education and Outreach Campaign

Representatives Murray of Milford and Berthiaume of Spencer move to amend in section 2 by inserting after line item 1070-0840, the following line item:

“xxxx-xxxx For the implementation of a public education and outreach campaign, including but not limited to: youth access and prevention messaging, awareness about operating under the influence and impaired driving prevention, expanded awareness of criminal record sealing and expungement, and related efforts to promote a safe and equitable marijuana industry…………………….$1,500,000”.
