Amendment #687 to H4700

Communities for Restorative Justice (C4RJ)

Mr. Gordon of Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0339-1001, by adding the following:-

provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to support the expansion of Communities for Restorative Justice in Massachusetts pursuant to Section 202 of Chapter 69 of the Acts of 2018”; and in said item by striking out the figure “176,749,312” and inserting in place thereof the following figure “$176,949,312"
